Utility Billing

The City of Newport bills on a monthly schedule, sending statements out on the last business day of the month.  Payment is due on the15th of the next month, unless the 15th falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday; then payment is due the next business day.

Payment must be made by cash, check, or money order.  No debit or credit cards are accepted at this time.
